Aisha Jallow

Aisha Jallow (@ajewo) is a Gambian photographer, creative and urbanist based in Toronto who has built a street and portrait photography portfolio over the years. A key component of her photography practice is capturing the mundane nature of everyday activities and the beauty of everyday life. Aisha has worked on several personal projects, the most recent being “Bathroom Break” a portrait series paying homage to the small moments between girlhood & womanhood that pass in the shared space of a bathroom.
